    Explore Providence Plaza

Providence Plaza is a tribute to our founders, the Sisters of Providence. Located in the center of campus, the five waterfalls represent the five original Sisters of Providence who journeyed from Montreal, Canada to the western United States. In the center of the plaza is a mosaic depicting the Sisters crossing the mountains as they traveled eastward from Vancouver, Washington.

Providence Plaza is a popular spot for students to hang out together or catch up on some homework while enjoying the Montana weather.

Welcome to Providence Plaza. This is a tribute to the Sisters of Providence and it's my favorite thing on campus. Let me show you around.

This is the center of our campus and there are five waterfalls here which represent the five original Sisters of Providence on their journey from Montreal to the western United States. The centerpiece of Providence Plaza is a depiction of the sisters crossing the mountains as they traveled eastward from Vancouver, Washington.

On any given day, you might find students here working on homework or just hanging out together and it's actually one of my favorite places to study. On the edge of the plaza is our learning with love statue, which highlights the emphasis that the sisters placed on education.

Thanks for letting me show you around one of my favorite spots on campus. Bye!
